Evening entertainment
The Hotel organizes a number of Special Evenings every week, which
give our guests the opportunity to taste the local food but also cater
for those preferring to stick to the European Cuisine. Once per week
there is a Carvery Night with Live Music, serving all kinds of Roast
meats and a vast variety of freshly cut salads and appetizers. The
Cyprus Night is an evening to try the Cypriot Meze consisting of a great
variety of traditional dishes and sweets. To accompany this evening
there is Cypriot Music with Folkloric Dancing. The Barbeque Night is
another special evening with Live Music organized by the Pool with a
great variety of meat cooked on real charcoal and with delicious salads.
The Italian Night is an evening to try authentic Italian food and wine.
Sports and leisure
Volleyball, Basketball courts, 5 Tennis courts (2 Floodlit), Mini
Football Grounds, Mini Golf, Billiard, Dart, Ping Pong, Gym Room, Beach
Volley, Video Games, Sauna and Aerobics near the Pool. Inline Skates and
Mountain Bikes can be rented to explore the nearby area.
Steep ascents, narrow paths, tearing downhill and alternating
countryside let your Biker's heart beat faster. Accompany our Mountain
Bike Teacher on our day and half-day Excursions. The individuals can
rent the Bikes for half day or full day.
Furthermore there are facilities for Water Sports, including
Windsurfing, Sailing, Jet Ski, Banana, Water-skiing, Sailing Boat,
Pedalos, Canoe and Parachuting. The game of water and wind makes
Windsurfing a fascinating experience. Also Diving Lessons and Fishing
Trips around the Cape are organized as well.
Work out in the fully equipped Gym or join in our Program of organized
activities with our Professional Trainers.
A full Sports Activities Program operated by Kermia Sports Club is
offered exclusively to our guest from April to October.
Swimming pool - beach
Relax and enjoy paradise on the Hotel's Private Sandy Beach, cool
yourselves in the crystal clear waters of Cape Greco and fell the
refreshing Mediterranean Sea breeze. Making use of the natural reef, a
rocky breakwater forms a sparkling shallow inlet that is ideal for
children or indeed anyone who wants to float around in the calm, crystal
waters of the Eastern Mediterranean. At the disposal of our guests, next
to the Beach, is a large Fresh Water Swimming Pool ( 650 m2 ) with Over
Flow System. Pool / Beach Beds and Umbrellas are offered complimentary
to our guests. Poolside or seaside, the choice is yours... with fun and
excitement for everyone.

Welcome to the Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel
- a diffused complex of bungalows losely scattered across a secluded
landscape bordering the Mediterranean Sea. The complex consists of the
main building and 154 bungalow, which are built in an area of 60,000 sq.
meters, expertly landscaped and arranged so as to give the feeling of
living in a small Cyprus garden village.
Location
Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel is situated in an attractive area
right by the sea, on the lee side of Cape Greco, the south-eastern most
tip of Cyprus. It is only 4kms from the center of Ayia Napa and 45 kms
from Larnaca Airport.
Types of bungalows
There are three types of bungalows to choose from:
Type A: Studio bungalows are bedsitters with bathroom and
kitchenette (38 units)
Type B: Bungalows with one bedroom and a spacious separate
living room, kitchenette and bathroom (101 units)
Type C: Bungalows with two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette
and bathroom (15 units)
All bungalows are built in local Cypriot style with village type
rafters, woven cane ceilings and furnished with local style furniture.
Other facilities include individual air conditoning (hot and cold),
telephone (direct dialling), 4 channel radio, satellite television and
hairdryer.
While living in the comfort and privacy of a bungalow, one can also
enjoy the luxury of a hotel with all modern facilities including a
Reception, Lounges, Restaurants, Bars, Conference room and our "K"
Minimarket which is well stocked with food, drinks, books, souvenirs and
other supplies.

enjoy the luxury of a Hotel with all modern facilities. In the Main
Building are located the Reception Area, spacious Lounges, 2
Restaurants, Bars, Conference Room, Souvenir Shop and our "K" Mini
market which is well stocked with food, drinks, books, souvenirs and
other supplies. There is a custom built, well furnished and fully
equipped Conference Room for successful Meetings. Looking out over the
endless expanse of clear landmark of Cape Greco to the east, the Kermia
Beach offer First Class facilities, prompt and efficient service.
Food & beverage
The Cavo Greco Restaurant is a comfortable Restaurant, ideal for
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, serving fresh seafood, Local and
International specialties. The Alkion Restaurant operates during the
evening for A La Carte Dining and International specialties. The
Albatross Pool Grill Bar is an Outdoor Bar situated by the Pool for
lunch, snacks and relaxing drinks under the Cyprus Sun. The Sunset Bar
is situated in the Main Building with a large Lounge and Veranda which
offers a variety of drinks and mixed cocktails.
Children's facilities
Custom Built Mini Club, Outdoor Playgrounds, Video / Films, Children's
Pool, Toys and Games. For our young guests there is a Children's Pool
adjoined to the Main Swimming Pool and a Children's Playground next to
the Beach. During the summer period a Mini Club for our young guests who
are between the ages of 4 and 12 years is offered with Water Painting,
Kids' Aerobics, Sandcastle Making, Treasure Hunting, and so on. Join the
Kermios Kids Club and share the excitement and fun of our daily program
all under the supervision of our skillful Children's Attendants. Also,
for the very small Children are available High-chairs, Baby Cots and a
Baby Sitting Service (on request basis).
