The owner Maria with her husband was really helpful nice and polite. We had a problem with Wi-Fi, I went to the office told them, straight away they send person to sort it. Lovely room, nice view, brilliant location. I would recommend!

Very nice place to stay if you plan to move around Cyprus. 
Nice location about 7 minutes drive from the city centre with own swimming pool and a public beach behind the gate. Customer care was very well, considering that I am talking about the apartment, not hotel. Apartment was very neat and clean and seemed freshly renovated. Swimming pool with a few guests is a blessing, especially in the afternoon heat. Air conditioning operated just fine, although you want to be cautious about the electricity bill. Overall it was a great value for money. Pillows were very uncomfortable, but this is subjective. Temperatures went up to 40C in September, which I didn’t expect.

Excellent value for money. Very well equipped apartments, with an added bonus of a free safe. All fixtures and fittings inside the apartment were to a good standard.  The luxury apartments were superb and well worth the extra cost. Excellent management team who were most helpful. 
Surrounding area doesn’t have match in the way of good holiday amenities, but there is a great onsite restaurants run by a local family and a lovely hotel on the same street for well priced cocktails and live music. Bus stop is nearby to get to Old town.

Very clean and new apartment. Good A/C, balcony with Sea View despite not been the further building to the beach. Good access to beach and pool. Shops and restaurants are close by.    Wi – Fi was slow and kept dropping. It is not a hotel, and sheets changed only once per week. Also you would need to empty the bins.

The apartment was clean, well designed, modern with good quality furniture. Our friends in other apartment and paid the same price but the quality was so bad. ..I was very satisfied with this choice:)

Staff very friendly, location is in the tourist area, everything easy to reach, bus close to the hotel. Our flight was late, therefore they let us stay until the evening without charging us anything. 
We had to pay extra electricity – which was not a lot but not really used to pay.

We had a great time in the River Beach Apartments. The apartment was very clean and conveniently situated in the tourist area, where we visited local tavernas and some very nice beachfront bars. Especially we loved the day trip to the mountains which was kindly organised by your receptionist Elena. She was very helpful.
